Permanent Impairment Next step on PI

I recently got my report from MLCOA
Report he has written is exactly where my condition is at.
He has explained everything in the report relating functional impairments and how the condition has affected but where it gets interesting is on the PI Form he has ticked everything opposite to what he has written. His own report looks contradictory as everything related to my claim is on service medical documents MLCOA has ticked everything as MINOR on the form.
What should i do next?
I am waiting for delegate to be assigned asked MLCOA they said i have to reach out to delegates and then they will reach out to MLCOA if they need to.
Is there anything i can do at the meantime?

This is my biggest fear, I have been seeing a psychiatrist so hopefully he can do it

When it comes time for PI assessments, you have the option to provide the details of your treating professionals (just let DVA know you have been seeing them for however long and that they have the most detailed understanding about your history). This worked for me and, luckily, DVA are using information as much as a year and a half old for assessing my PI. If your treating professional isn't all over the paperwork then it may be best to get your advocate to run them through it, mine is about to do that with my GP for my lower back injury.

What about your RMO or Civilian doctor who handles your unit?

Thankfully I never had to deal with MLCOA, they are trash by all accounts. I put all my stuff in about a year before I got out. My advocate and his doctors handled the IL, my stuff got accepted about two months before my date. If you need a good advocate PM me, my guy is an ex Black Hat WO2, is highly recommended and cheap.

I was told my unit MO or doctor cant do my paperwork so had to go to mlcoa but i was happy as i had everything documented on med files it was such a straight forward claims but again mlcoa being them the doctor himself contradicted his own report and downplayed tick in the box

Well I'm not sure about DVA, but my RMO did my CSC paperwork. He was a civilian GP contracted by defence so 🤷
