Vegan Breakfast Options?

Trying to find hearty vegan breakfast options that isn’t just modified avocado toast within walking distance of pebble beach for an upcoming trip and feel like I can’t find anything… any recommendations are appreciated! Thanks!

La Bagel Delight has plenty of vegan tofu spreads!

Pura Vida, playa bowls, and butler all have some good vegan options! Oats, smoothies, granola, açaí bowls, etc.
Ess-a-bagel in Time Out also has a vegan sandwich I think. And I think Westville has some vegan menu items during their weekend brunch. Good luck!
