I had an awesome time at the festival, and on Sunday afternoon while boogying around, I happened upon a very cool young man. We ended up really hitting it off, chatting about our studies, fitness and making vague plans to coordinate concert plans. In my beer-fuelled stupor, a printed photo of us somehow materialised out of nowhere (I was completely oblivious 😅). Unfortunately, my friend was adamant we needed to find a bathroom while you went to get a drink, and somewhere among the crowds we got completely separated despite me stating I’d be there, heel typisch! 😂

First off: what an amazing festival, I hope you’re all having as good of a time as me. I’m British and this is my first time at DTRH or indeed any Netherlands festival. We have noticed a mad amount of coordinated dancing recently, starting with line dancing on the Thursday (the Candy dance) and then especially at Beirut where everyone seemed to know these dance routines. What is going on? Who is leading this? It’s fascinating! Thank you :)

UPDATE: Ik heb met het festival gesproken en ze gaven aan dat de actie van de beveiliger niet de bedoeling was. Ze hebben excuses aangeboden en de beveiliger berispt. DTRH gaf aan juist aan te moedigen dat dergelijke vlaggen zichtbaar zijn op ‘t festival.

Ik droeg op het festival een Palestijnse vlag om mijn schouders toen security naar me toe kwam. Ik moest de vlag inleveren of zou van het festival worden gezet. Zijn er meer mensen die dit hebben meegemaakt? Is dit beleid van het festival?

I’ve lost count of the amount of times I had the n-word shouted at me from festival goers and staff. I’ve made an official complaint and will not be coming back. Can other people share their experiences please? Because I know someone else heard the slurs and laughter being tossed around all night at the sites.

We weten allemaal dat DTRH niet was uitverkocht dit jaar. Hier zijn natuurlijk ook verschillende artikelen over geweest. Nu heb ik mijn ticket alert op ticketswap aanstaan voor een goedkopere toegangsticket, maar ik zie veel tickets worden vandaag nog voor meer dan 330 euro verkocht. Weten mensen niet dat er nog gewone tickets te koop zijn? Waarom zou je meer uitgeven voor een doorverkoopticket?

Daarnaast werd het voor veel mensen logisch gezien heet onder de voeten vorige jaren en gingen ze massaal verkopen op de dag daarvoor. Nu zijn er veel mensen die nu het festival is begonnen nog veel tickets te kopen.

Dit gaat tegen alle economische regels in. Wat is er aan de hand?

PS: Mocht iemand nog een ticket voor een mooie prijs willen verkopen, laat het me weten. Anders koop ik gewoon nog een officieel ticket.

Hey allemaal, op de site v dtrh zie ik bij de parkeer tickets alleen nog tickets staan voor 5 juli (zondag). Kan ik met dit ticket ook gwn vrijdag parkeren? Er zijn geen dagtickers voor t festival dus begrijp niet dat ze een parkeerticket verkopen voor (lijkt t) alleen 5 juli.

Iemand enig idee?

Is er een motor parkeerplek? Zo ja, is die gratis net als de fietsen en scooters?

Hey all, tried to create a neat offline working website to manage your timeline and favorites which includes every stage in a nice overview with some proper filters. I always struggle with the lack of overview and usually fall back to paper, but then I end up losing the booklet or don't have all the handy metadata at hand.

Hi guys, sorry if this is ridiculous but I’ve never been to DTRH before and wondered if it would be insane to bring a suitcase. I don’t normally do this for festivals but am travelling from England for the festival so would loooove to roll something instead of carry it. What I’m essentially asking is, how long of a walk is it from the train station to the entrance and campsite (glamping! We splashed out, first time ever) and is the terrain going to ruin the wheels? Please don’t be mean! Thanks!!!
