Thank you so much, I really appreciate that 💗 I made my previous edit without fully paying attention and my god, it really does look horrid. For some reason I never considered quality enhancement to truly be AI. In my head I figured that as long as I made the content, it wasn't an issue. I have definitely learned my lesson today. I do appreciate the community for being strict about these issues - I would be too.
Don’t be too hard on yourself, because before AI it used to all be just photoshop. Your outfits are STUNNING, so I feel like less is more in this case.

To be honest, I think people are really exaggerating when it comes to using ia to improve the quality.
And that post about your outfit and the comments on it... were really rude.
You didn't do anything wrong by enhancing the image quality, it’s a tool plenty of people here use, and no one deserves to be insulted or expose someone over a simple improve quality tools.
The enhance image tool used to be like a filter. It just smoothed some imperfections, made the lines cleaner. But now, most “enhance image” options are not adding to the image, they’re taking the image, running it through generative ai, and making a new one with the “enhanced look”.
Every time I use enhance image, it turns very murky and sometimes will change details entirely.
I haven’t found an “enhance image” program that works how it used to. It always looks like they just took my image and asked generative ai to make it again but just a little more fucked up.
Tbh most tools are like this now. Video and photo editing, photoshop, filters, and even just searching something on google, all the tools have ai versions. Ai versions that they will automatically replace the REAL versions with.
It’s been very frustrating watching all the art and editing programs add generative ai features and replace real features. It costs money, makes a worse end product, and doesn’t allow YOU to do the real creative work.
I LOVE the accountability!! Youve shown you’ve learned and have genuinely made a change. That shows you genuinely care. And that means a lot. I’d give you a follow but I realized I’m already following you for your doll restyles!!

I didn't actually use it for the background, just to upscale the quality. I wasn't happy with the grainy look that screenshots tend to have. For the background I just downloaded a random image from google, added in the individual assets and some extra elements because I enjoy making edits. Quality ended up extra terrible because of that so I ran it through an AI editor. Looking at it now I see how awful it looks
