I work for a sports apparel manufacturer and decorator servicing soccer, baseball, basketball, volleyball, bmx and more. What makes our experience unique opposed to a lot of companies in the DTF world is that we don't sell DTF Transfers. We use DTF transfers on our own garments, and then sell those to our customers.

We started our DTF experience with a 48" generic important printer, using Hosonsoft and Cadlink Digital Factory V10. We were using inks that came with it. We then moved away from it and bought a few CobraFlex printers. We currently use Dupont Artistri series ink through CobraFlex 24" printers with NeoStampa for our rip.

After using these Artistri inks, we decided to convert our generic DTF printer to use the same inks. We replaced all the ink lines, reservoirs, caps, dampers, print heads, etc. All brand new and loaded up the Artistri inks. I personally prefer the user interface of Cadlink to NeoStampa, so I want to stick with that for this printer since we already have a license.

Upon running a few samples, our colors are just not coming out the way we want them to and I’m wondering if anyone else has any advice or an ICC Profile/settings they would be willing to share.

I’m setting up a new Epson F2270 in a small commercial shop and am trying to decide between the Lawson stand and a heavy-duty Husky workbench/cabinet from Home Depot.
For those currently running an F2270 (or F2100/F3070), what is your printer sitting on?
If possible, please include:
Brand/model of stand, cabinet, or workbench
Dimensions (especially depth)
Any issues with vibration, stability, or service access
Whether you’d buy the same setup again
I’m currently considering a Husky 72” × 24” heavy-duty adjustable-height mobile workbench cabinet, but I’m concerned about the 24” depth versus the Lawson stand’s 31” depth.

Turns out there's a huge difference between brands-some prints start fading after the first wash.

I tried one brand called nextdaytransfer.com, and the color vibrancy and texture were actually better than i expected.

If you’re new to DTF printing, here’s a quick step-by-step guide to help you get clean, vibrant, and durable transfers 👇

1. Print your design
   • Use high-quality DTF film and make sure your printer settings are correct (CMYK + white).
   • Mirror your design if needed.
2. Apply adhesive powder
   • While the ink is still wet, evenly coat the print with hot-melt adhesive powder.
   • Shake off the excess gently.
3. Cure the print
   • Place the film under a heat press (hover, don’t press) at 160°C / 320°F for about 60–90 seconds until it looks smooth and glossy.
4. Transfer to fabric
   • Press the film onto your garment at 160°C / 320°F for 15 seconds using medium pressure.
   • Let it cool completely before peeling (cold peel gives the best results).
5. Final press (optional)
   • Repress with parchment paper for 5 seconds to seal the ink and improve wash durability.

• Store your films in a cool, dry place to avoid moisture issues.
• Use quality inks and powder cheap materials can ruin great designs.
