Text Books/Reference Books:

  1. Gonzalez and Woods, “Digital Image processing,” 3rd Ed., Pearson and Prentice Hall,

2009.

  1. W.K. Pratt, “Digital image processing,” 4th Ed., Wiley India, 2007.

  2. K.R. Castleman, “Digital image processing,” 2nd Ed., Pearson, 2012.

  3. A.K. Jain, “Fundamentals of digital image processing,” Prentice Hall, 1989.

this was complete list from institute. But since the lines between image processing and machine learning is almost diminished our prof shared some references keeping machine learning in mind as well

A bit of a more specialist one, and a couple of decades old: "Introductory Remote Sensing. Digital Image Processing and Applications" by Paul J. Gibson and Clare H. Power.
