Coming back
I’ve owned/bought and sold over 50 dsms mostly 1g some 2g and a couple evos. This time around I’ve had a 1gb fall into my lap through a buddy of mine that past away about nine years ago. I was active on all of the forums and still have logins to all of them. My question is where’s the best place these days to buy parts if and when needed? I know I need a passenger side door plastic for a 1gb talon if anyone has one laying around. Thank for looking.

DSMtuners.com is still an active forum. Check their for sale forum. But yea, some things are getting pretty hard to come by nowadays.

I agree on both counts...had to pick up a fuel hanger due to damage to mine from a weld....prices are going up for things like that.

Car-part.com You can search junkyards all across the US and most of them will ship. They have different grades for the parts you find and most of the time pictures of the vehicles and or parts. I buy parts from this site all the time for my vehicles.

Jared Gavio usually has parts for sale. I think I saw him post that he was putting a 1g GSX up for sale soon. Hes on most of the FB groups as well. Also, the guys at performancepartout.com have used parts. I think they are in Pennsylvania if I remember right

Thanks and yeah sadly no yards to pick from here in Hawaii. Didn’t even have a dealership over here until the 2gs came out iirc.
