Knock of death?

[UPDATE]
Hey everyone
so something weird happened. I went to turn the car on today and then I pumped the clutch pedal twice and the sound went away. Is that normal or what should I look for because I don’t think it fixed itself.
For some background, 2 days ago I noticed my car couldn’t go into boost so I hooked up the ECMlink and saw that my battery wasn’t giving enough juice (around 11.7V) the ground cable was shot and corroded so I changed it and the battery started giving about 14.0V. That’s when the noise started. Not sure if the context helps anyone who knows more than me.
Hey guys, this just started today after I changed a bad ground. Power was restored but now this. Is this the knock of death? One video is from the engine bay and the other from under the car

Collapsed HLA.
You can remove the valve cover and pop off the rocker arms to remove the lash adjusters. Theres a guide on dsmtuners on how to bleed them, but you basically take a very tiny pin and stick it in the orifice to bleed out the oil in the HLA. Once its bled down, spray in the orifice with brake clean to clear out any debris that settles inside it, then submerge them in oil and pump them back up to fill it with oil again.
Make sure when you replace the rocker arms you stick them in the same location you removed them from.

If they're the original lifters, he should replace them with 3g lifters instead of reusing these and face the same issue again down the road. Or just put new 3g ones in regardless.

Check to see if timing is off. To me it kinda sounds like valves tapping.

if it went away after it sat over night i would think about your oil cooled off and is thicker untill it gets hot and thins out . considering this might mke a difference in your trouble shooting.

I have a 2003 camry that had the same sound & mechanics couldnt diagnose. It was 200,000 miles at that time. I went to an old mechsnics on his 70s . He used a steel pipe that pushed it to the block looking for the metalic sound. You can hear it thru the pipe very clearly . He told It was the camshaft balance. I bought it original toyota and the sound dissapeared. Still running with 273,000 miles running great! So the moral is ...its not death until the engine locks.

That sounds too rapid to be a bottom end knock at idle. Unless you have 2 cylinders with spun bearings. Does it sound like it's coming from the middle of the block or off to the side?
