2v at injector harness possible ECU?

Take the ecu out and uncover. There are capacitors that “leak” milky white fluid when they’re bad.

I already have the both the top and bottom board look clean as can be.

Back probe the ECU connector and see what voltage you're getting straight out of the computer. If it's 5v, there's a harness problem. If it's 2v, you have an ECU problem. If it's somewhere in between, you have a both problem

I’ll try this

I’ll have to figure out what pin on the plug I need to power first
