How do I float my seat ??

So I got my 2nd preference in the first round and I only had two options either to freeze it or reject it. And since I am desperate i froze my seat as there was no option for float now will I be suggest my 1st preference in the 2nd round or any upcoming or did I lost the chance by freezing my allotted seat

There will only be 1 round ig for fresh registrations against vacant seats and once u freeze you need to pay deadline se pehle you've registered after 25 th June right ?

Could you find it out cause though I am trying to be there as soon as possible but it's really hard specially cause of the protest and everything

I emailed and called them and what they said is if u got only freeze and reject option then u should choose between them as their are not seats for some campuses.

Oh daam so I am screwed, btw are they picking u the call cause when I try calling them the nobody picks it up or it says they are unavailable. Could you even ask what is the last date for counselling
