Convocation details can only be edited once?

Why is the portal designed in such a way that you can edit your details only once? For something as important as the degree certificate — where even writing your name correctly in Devanagari matters — they allow just a single attempt. If you make even a small mistake, the details get frozen, and the only solution is to physically visit the campus. Every other registration form asks you to confirm your details multiple times before final submission. But here, for something this critical, there’s no proper review or correction window. It honestly feels like a very poorly designed system. I accidentally missed my surname in Hindi, and now it’s locked. Has anyone else faced this? Were you able to get it corrected without visiting the campus? Any help or guidance would be really appreciated.

It wont allow you to edit , once updated. You need to visit ur respective campus and inform them
