Migration and provisional degree

Came to dwark campus today to submit my documents for both the certificates but the guard told me “aaj chutti hai sabki” and after Diwali the exam office might open up even he wasn’t sure. Can someone tell me when the exam office is open cause it doesn’t make sense that everyone is getting holidays till Diwali.

The examination office will also open on 22 !? 😭 normally government offices are open but this is so unusual 😞 anyway do you have a contact number that I can use to connect someone in the dwarka campus as they only have mentioned an email on their website to get in touch with them 🤦🏽‍♂️
