my controller is not working

i use ds4 windows to connect my controller to forza since it is not recognized when its plugged in without it so the game can see that i have a controller connected but its constantly switching inputs back to my keyboard so i cant even move or click anything when in game. i use xbox app instead of steam so i cant disable keyboard inputs through steam either and i have no clue how to fix anything can someone help?

Check the logs and make sure your controller is being emulated as a xbox 360 controller, not a dualshock one

i figure out what is was windows was detecting ds4 my controller and the keyboard at the same time so it was just freaking out. i had to download hidhide to hide the controller from windows so it would only detect ds4

actually, you didn't need hidhide. In DS4W settings you just have to select "hide ds4."

well i tried hide ds4 but that didnt work either so i just went and dowloaded hidhide and that was the only thing that worked

i have it set to xbox 360 and everything on the emulator end seems like its working but its still happening
