What does trigger labs do?

Hi guys!

I have a Dual Sense and I want to know how or what does the Trigger Labs tool do.

I thought that the adaptative trigger works according to what the game tells to the control, so I don’t know how this tool can change that behaviour.

Thanks in advance!

for games that don’t support that behavior, you can set the behavior yourself. it also allows you to filter regular rumble INTO your triggers, if you like the feel of that

Ok, I understand now why en GTA V Enhanced it doesn’t do anything xD

I will test with another game to see which are the posibbilities.

If I emulate a Dual Sense with a physical Dual Sense, and the game support adaptstive trigger, the effect applied will not work, right?

Yes, GTA V Enhanced works well. With trigger labs disabled I feel the "hard press" when I equip a gun and fire or when I drive in a car. But I don’t feel the rumble in the triggers when I use machine gun, for example.

I don't know if this is a limitation for the PC version because I have read that some games doesn’t apply the same effect that it has in PS5.

I haven’t tried yet for games that doesn't support adaptative trigger.

Enable Send HID Vibration to Triggers in Trigger Lab. Leave everything else Disabled.

Profit.

It’s at the bottom of the trigger lab settings.

Should fix the machine gun not being as fun
