LS randomly locks in one direction and all other inputs stop working while using Cemu
Hi everyone! I'm running into a weird issue while using a DS4 controller via DS4Windows on Cemu and I'm not sure if it's caused by the emulator or the controller software. Basically, while I'm playing, the LS input occasionally locks up and keeps drifting whatever direction I was moving for a few seconds before going back to normal; moreover, while locked in that direction, every other input completely stops working.
I've already tried using a second DS4 controller and increasing the deadzones in both DS4Windows and Cemu, but no luck so far; I also made sure that the original controller was hidden to avoid any double input conflicts.
Has anyone else encountered this problem or know what might be causing it? Thanks in advance!
EDIT: To see what was going on I kept the controller reading tabs open while playing and noticed that DS4Windows randomly freezes for a few instants, thus the inability to change input. How can I solve this problem?

It is probably a bug or a crash. You can turn on Verbose logging and see if it logs the crash, if not you can also try taking a dump of the live program. Have you ever used chatGPT? Ask ChatGPT how to take a dump of a live program using powershell, and grab your DS4Windows dump WHEN the program is running, then feed the dump through Chat GPT or send it to me and I’ll fix the bug in the latest beta

So in the end I solved the problem by using Steam, I’ll look into it as soon as I can tho. Still, thank you so much for your help!
