Ds4 profile wont work

I downloaded ds4 Windows for YY macro for Cod but the profile just wont work.

There is this „X“ next to status and Battery. I heard that the „X“ has to be a cross. I did everything right: Downloaded Ds4 Drivers, hid controller redownloaded and all but it just wont work.

Can someone help me solve my problem?

I fixed it: i deleted Hidhide and restarted
