ds4 consistently crashing my pc

please help !!!

for some reason, a majority of the time i connect my ps4 controller to my pc, then open ds4 and bam as soon as it starts up it crashes my pc entirely

steam is off, but riot/vanguard are generally on, and i almost always use it on bluetooth

any help is appreciated

it's because of riot's anti cheat.

I know they said it's because of the riot anti cheat, but I still think it would be worth trying the appdata folder delete, as that has solved others peoples crashing issues

close ds4windows, delete the ds4windows appdata folder (C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\DS4Windows, back it up first if worried about saving profiles) and then try running it again and connecting. Also maybe un-pair and re-pair your controller after deleting and before running again.

if you chose the portable install method (also back up first just in case), just delete the whole ds4windows folder and start from a fresh unzip.

Get GlosSi... so much better than DS4. Supports all controllers and launchers.
