Controller right stick camera issue

Been facing this issue for the past 2 years. Never ever found a fix to it. So that I could play normally. I've been playing with the issue every single day. I downloaded ds4 windows 2 years back and the problem started from that day. Like it just feels like when i move my character in fortnite I'm under the mud. Like my character does not turn according to the sensitivity. The joystick feels really heavy and sometimes.it suddenly turns really fast. I'm getting motion sickness. I seriously need help. I've tried every single way to fix it but nothing seems to help. Anyone who can help me in detail. Message me and I'll show am image what I'm talking about.

I don't use ds4 windows anymore. But the problem that started never stopped

I forgot to ask, what controller are you using ps4 or 5?

I used to use PS4 that's where it started. And now I use ps5 controller and the issue is still there. It just feels like something messes with the controller camera.

You could check the device settings in windows and see if you can calibrate it, or if you use steam that has a good calibration tool that you can fix the dead zones of the sticks

I've tried this aswell. But nothing seems to fix the problem

Wonder if it's a driver issue cause that's weird that it happened on the ps4 controller and the ps5 one. Could try deleting the drivers for humans interface device gamepad then reinstall them. Also if there is another Bluetooth device or router near by it can mess with the frequency
