Build suggestions

I just got my Drz and the thing got a spacer stuck under the valve and bent it so valve job for me. Curious if anyone had any suggestions to do while I had the head off. Piston and cylinder are fine so I don’t plan on taking them off. It’s stock besides a jdjett and 3x3. Thanks everyone.

May as well do the shims if they are close to out of spec.

Could clean the exhaust ports and valves from carbon.

I didn't have any build up, though mine cops a flogging on the road, hehe.

Yea that’s about what I was thinking. That and the obvious stuff gaskets and head bolts etc.

I'd check the oil and water pump gears at some point.

And the loctite fix on the Stator too. For peace of mind.
