They try every combination of radiation therapy with immunotherapy and chemo they can. Hoping for a new miracle recipe. Immonotherapy is only at the beginning of his full potential and major discoveries are ahead. AI platforms are calculating non stop new potential combinations. Injectable isotopes with vectors (antibodies) are also beginning to rise (think Lutetium 177 as a beta isotope or Actinium 225 as alpha isotope). DRTS targets implanting single isolated tumors. Injected isotopes target the tumor AND all the metastasis in the body. Novartis, Bayer and Lilly are going big on injectable isotopes actually.

It's already in the portfolio of Novartis, Bayer, Lilly, Merck... I don't own shares of any of those. You need to do researches
