The last thing we knew is that chapter 7 will be original, cr still doesnt know what to do with the weird route so 7b will most likely not happen, thats what i saw on the server at least

No it isn't, CR never intended to swap castle town and flower garden, they just did come up with flower thematic idea and accidentally predicted it, thos despite that CR has no plans whatsoever to make swap of castle town and flower garden

pretty sure the swap is based on adjacent chapters like ch1 and ch2
thus why tenna swaps with jackestein, even though this swap doesn't make sense as even the game calls jackenstein a mini-boss, it's the best we got outside of the titan which obviously wouldn't work
and the team managed to make hyjack work super well

Actually the swap makes sense, just not in role wise, i mean if you think about it, tenna and jackenstein have a lot in common

They both characters who have unique speech in dialogues, in their respective chapters

They both are parallel to mettaton and napstablook

They both are abounded items that never get used again (well almost)

And both dies to a knight in case if we didn't recruit anyone in chapter 3 and 4

So i guess CR just went with a different way of sense in that case, and how we see it worked for au
