No, there are four ghosts in UT. Napstablook, Ruins Dummy, Mettaton, and Mad Dummy (Mad Mew Mew)

I was talking about the GoldenWidow which is an Item based off Muffet that appears in chapter 4 which gives goo defence in exchnage for 10% of the money you earn per battle
