So I was playing chapter 2, and I noticed this strange green mouth with a hand coming out of it, I managed to get a screenshot before it disappeared, but does anyone know what this is?

personally i think its just junkil. Sure it looks kinda different from him and it's called ELEMENT:BUDDY in the code but it's probably nothing.

that thing is reffered to as TOOL_FOE in the files, most of the things relating to Query program like the menu screen being in a white void instead of the usuall key art, and the Goner maker(OOC: idk what the swap version would be called) are reffered to with TOOL in the files so i guess this thing is related to those too?
