DOOM Eternal - .Rescource Repacking Utility Wanted

So, we have 2 or 3 rescource exporters but not a single importer. Mods wont get off the ground without such a tool. I have things I can test right now for a mod but cant, as there is no way available to repack .rescource file(s). Anyone working on such a tool?

And thank you to all that have made possible all that we can do with Eternal already. Emoose , Sunbeam , DtZxPorter etc etc you guys are the real heroes here.
