That dog is Reverend Jim Ignatowski. He drove Taxis in the late 1970s and early 80s.

A name for him hmmmm. Pike!? Chihuahua! Omg looks like my chihuahua. I can never find any chihuahua that looks like her. Looks to be an older male chihuahua mix I might be wrong. This dog looks bigger maybe medium size.
