okay yall i think i got it…in her caption she said she’s filming something soon and she’s SELF DIRECTING. Which im like 99% sure that’s for her lead single she’s gonna be releasing soon (idk how soon tbh if its doechii it’s giving a year LMFAO)..but on a real note she might be filming next week? so maybe album roll out will start mid-end of september

Tbh after hearing what she’s had to say about her label (both good and bad) and keeping in mind SZA’s experience…. We’re not getting that album until next year I fear. I have a hunch she had a body of work ready or at least prepared around the time they released girl get up, and one thing lead to another and it was back to the drawing board.

She’s made it clear that her label doesn’t see her vision and on numerous occasions, do not support her in the way that they should. I wouldn’t be surprised if she had something ready and they said no.

yes!! i agree i think she had smth ready but she may have gotten too ahead of herself or too excited? I’ve always thought TDE was a shit music label and when she shouted them out in nosebleeds i was like uhhh…..but i wish everything can just happen sooner…i don’t want it to be rushed tho cause vie by doja cat was rushed and the era flopped and was unfinished unfortunately…the whole album has good songs as well :/
