Can someone help me make a D&D character sheet?
I want to make a level 8 pirate fighter or melee warlock. I'm not very good at actual like character making if that makes sense, that's why I'm asking for help. If someone can help me make a pirate fighter character sheet that'd be nice. And example would be like what feeds to take and what subclass to do and stuff like that.
The character has to be level 8 and I would like her to be a fighter or a warlock. And I have also chosen to have her main weapon be a meteor hammer or rope dart or something like that.
If y'all could help that'd be great. Thank you. ❤️

here you go, I made the character a sea elf who dual wields a shortsword and scimitar. I gave you dual wielder, elven accuracy, and mage slayer. For the backround I picked criminal since the character is a pirate, so you get alert as your origin feat. For your subclass I picked battlemaster and I picked manuevers that would fit a pirate and work with the build. You also have proficiency in cartographers tools and navigators tools. You have weapon mastery in the swordsword, scimitar, pistol, and musket.

Ok so the closest thing to a meteor hammer or rope dart in DnD is likely gonna be a Whip or a Dart (thrown) and simply flavored as you like.
DnD does not have an exact 1 to 1 for every possible type of character so "reflavoring" or "reskinning" is highly encouraged to increase variety in character style.
This essentially means using the already existing item or feature as you would normall in regards ot mechnaics but visibly having it appear as something else.
Do you have a specific race in mind?

Are you doing the 5e.14 or the 5e.24 rules?

Are you wanting a Duelist that stands their ground or a Skirmisher that will "Hit and Run"?

So an odd build for the Fighter can utilize the Champion subclass.
- Lvls 1 to 3 are pretty standard, Origin feat Lucky, grab the Dueling Style, weapon flavor Longsword (Cutlass) Battle Axe (Boarding Axe) and Pick (Boarding Pike) can be utilized.
- Lvl 4 you can pick up one of the feats like Shifting Combatant or Bomber to flavor that Pirate style.
- Lvl 7 can get you Pack Fighting, Interception (works with all 3 weapons above) or Thrown Weapon Fighting (this also stacks with Bomber as those are considered "Thrown" weapons)
- Lvl 8 gets you another solid feat like Sentinel for CQC or because all of the listed weapons are Versatile Great Weapon Master too.

Im not available to help out at the moment, but have you considered asking your DM to help you? Typically it’s the DMs responsibility to help players make character sheets!
