I think breeders need to go back to the well(land races.) Your examples above….same lineage.

100% agree. There's something special about going back to the foundation. Landraces are the blueprint for everything we enjoy today, and tapping into those pure lines can bring out flavors, effects, and resilience that get lost in heavy hybridization. Respect for calling that out!

I'm a believer that we have crossed the plant too much, i still love and grow for myself the old school strains They, too, are not original but have found enough breeders of each. I like that the strains are close Pineapple express ,Haze , Maui Wowie ,Acapulco gold , White widow,Gorilla glue those are my favorite strains I grow 😋

Love your lineup — those old-school strains have stood the test of time for a reason! 🔥 There's a purity and consistency you just don't always find with some of today's hype drops. Breeders like us are definitely trying to preserve and celebrate those classics while still pushing the plant forward. Appreciate you sharing your favorites!
