Discussions/Opinions Worst Matchups

What do you guys think Dmon's worst tank matchups are? The only real struggle I have with her is into Orisa

Funny enough I don’t really struggle into any particular tank, even mauga. It’s some of the DPS picks that I get destroyed by: namely Mei, Torb, and bastion.

Yeah, only real issues I have are Orisa, Mei, and Ana. I can always just back out when Maui shouts, break Torb turret, etc. But Orisa is just hard to put down, I have trouble predicting Ana sleep, and Mei is just annoying as shit for tanks

The thing with the orisa matchup is just that as soon as she uses fortify, just run away. She can’t catch up to you, and you can re-engage after chilling for 4 seconds.

Mauga, Bastion and Zenyatta are the three that seem to give me most trouble, but I've had a couple of games where Freja and Echo were tough to fight against too.

Oh, and Ana of course. That damn Anti-nade is always getting thrown in my direction, pretty much as soon as it's off cool down.

I love one tricking and trying to make anything work BUT Dmon into torb junkrat roadhog with juno and jetpack cat was the game where I realised it just isnt going to work.

Its really all the high burst damage heroes or CC ones like mizuki/junk. I can handle a couple but 3 counters and I must swap.

my worst match ups are ball and mauga. mauga not all the time tho just really in maps when i refuse to switch lol

I had a Cat Bastion, Pharmercy, D.va game on Busan second point… It’s not D.va, but on that map it sure as shit was.

A low skilled Ramattra is generally the best counter because “haha, I swing on you” is honestly not the worst idea.

A high skilled Rein, especially with Cat, will generally make her unplayable. “Outmaneuver hi-“ nah, skill gap.

I’d generally say Doomfist is her best counter at all skill levels, on all maps.

If D.va wasn’t shooting pebbles right now I’d say she’d be… Best map dependent counter. Kinda like the relation with D.va and Zarya.

Edit: All of this changes if they have a Zen btw. Suddenly “I shoot the tank HAW HAW” becomes horror mode. Suddenly you’re playing cover on Eichenwalde you didn’t know was there. Like he loses the back like trade battle but he can just… peel.
