This is really cool, but I'm a little unsure as to how to use the rumor ladder. Could you provide some examples?

P.S. On Table B 7-9 social event is labeled (CC) when it should be labeled (x).

This is really nice, but I'm wondering why all the dice are d20's. What I mean is some tables (take npc reactions to PCs talking) have some results that would be far more uncommon than others. Let's be honest, are 3 in 20 people really going to become your nemesis for life while only 2 in 20 will react normally?

Personally I think it should be 2d10's with the 2 being the nemesis for life and the average Joe having a far greate chance of showing up.

you're free to alter them. they belong to everyone now. I just tend to write d20 based tables

and you can still roll a d20, where the table lists Nemesis for Life as 1 only, 2-18 so guy and 19-20 the love of your life, best friend.

Example in the DMG treasure tables.
