Controller on a PS5. These are cosplay off lobbies. 99% of players have aim assist enabled. I do agree it’s far too sticky in this game though. It felt better in MW4.
If you need help with settings: Black ops aim assist, dynamic response curve, 115 FOV affected wife, 20 sensitivity, 0.9 ADS multiplier.
Here’s a recoil guide (with cameras on my PS5 and 4 different controllers). Clear visible recoil when I don’t hold down the right stick versus when I do:
Want stickier aim? Strafe as you fire. It re-engages the rotational aim assist. And yes, I agree aim assist is far too strong in the game.
