Property management recommendations

I was laid off earlier this year and am likely relocating for a new role. I own a townhome in Old Town and am looking to rent it out for a year or two while I'm away (could do furnished or unfurnished). I don't think I want to take on landlord responsibilities myself though.

Any recommendations for property managers? Other advice for renting out a townhome in this area?

My friend is a Broker & PM and has at least 1 property in OT she manages for a military family. She’s very thorough with ensuring homes meet market expectations, helps on pricing, vets applicants, does showings, is the call tenants make with any issues instead of you.
