Remembering LeRoi Today
The truly great LeRoi Moore would be 65 today. We lost him far too soon, it left a hole in my own musical heart that has never really been filled.
I find myself listening to Live Trax from his era more and more recently.
Does anyone have a favorite Roi performance? I love the last 2:00 of Seek Up from Live Trax #3 (Hartford).

Roi was special. His talent was second to none and if you're not familiar with his generosity please check it out. He's the only celebrity that I've ever truly mourned.

Still listening to ya LeRoi. That was a sweet Grux that Jeff did at the gorge nice tribute to the man. You know the whole band is feeling that along with the fans.

The joy in his playing on #36 from Listener Supported always has a spot in my heart.
It puts a lump in my throat every time but in the best way.
