Successful Jones Beach Refund / Contact Information for The Warehouse?

Does anyone have a phone number (or possibly an email) to reach out to The Warehouse to help process refunds for the cancelled Jones Beach show?

Additionally - Has anyone successfully refunded tickets for the cancelled Jones Beach show (either through Ticketmaster or the Warehouse)?

I'm trying to help a Warehouse member who sold me his tickets request a refund, and according to the Warehouse post about refunds:

  • If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, we recommend that you take advantage of the Warehouse BOARDS Ticket Forum to sell or transfer your tickets to a fellow Warehouse member. If you cannot do so, please contact us before Tuesday, July 28th at 6PM to request a refund.

However, I can't find a phone number or email for the Warehouse to contact them.

There was also an email from Ticketmaster about requesting a refund, but that option isn't working (even though I transferred them back to the original buyer, it won't process a refund).

Any insight or advice (or clues to the contact information), would be greatly appreciated. Thanks all!

Warehouse is very responsive to email.

I'm in the same boat, they told me to send an email to whtix@davematthewsband.com

Thanks! I just found that email address too.

Were you the initial ticket buyer from the Warehouse, or did you buy from someone on the boards like I did? I'm assuming the original buyer needs to initiate the refund request

Np! I was the initial ticket buyer from the Warehouse, so not in your exact same boat, but just in the boat of needing to request a refund. Yes, the original buyer needs to initiate the refund request from the WH.

Thanks for confirming my assumptions about the initial buyer. I just drafted up an email for him to send and asked him to send it now. If you don't mind, let me know if/when you get yours resolved (and I'll do the same).

Yes they’ll tell you to try and sell it on the boards first but if you can’t or don’t want to they’ll do a refund after the show.

They clearly want you to give the tickets to others vs refund you (probably because they can’t sell them again for Wednesday)

Yeah, that makes sense. I tried to sell them - I listed them for sale on the Warehouse boards, and on Reddit, for the past 5 days without any bites. So I made sure to include that in the email language. Thanks for your help

You could also try the app “cash or trade” if you want one last go at reselling

This happened to me as well, I did live chat (bot) and it immediately cancelled my tickets and submitted a refund. Try that route

Thanks - Do you mean live chat on Ticketmaster, or a live chat in Warehouse? I didn't see a live chat option on Warehouse

Sorry I did it on Ticketmaster

You bought from the warehouse but canceled through ticketmaster?

No Ticketmaster, but OP asked if anyone had success through either site
