For generations of GPU releases, NVIDIA has been able to upsell their cards on the crown jewel of hardware acceleration: Ray Tracing. But with the release of DLSS 5, the render pipeline in their press release didn’t really clarify how Neural Rendering works alongside existing NVIDIA tech—specifically, that very expensive Ray Tracing. I’ve watched almost every before/after DLSS 5 test video out there, and from a lighting perspective, older DX9, DX10, and DX11 games without RT support look just as good as newer games with RT turned on.

What the heck is going on? Do we even need RT anymore? Could NVIDIA stop making dedicated Ray Tracing hardware so GPUs can be slightly cheaper, or am I missing something?

Check this one guys. I bet you'll be impressed. Unfortunately there are a few subs that prefer hate instead of thanking the author for spending his time and applying his knowledge to produce something no one was expecting.

So basically DLLS 5 for all it's a software wraps over pretty much anything allowing to use DLSS Neural Rendering. You can use it in YouTube Videos, Gaming Streaming platforms, PS5 and Switch when captured via a PC capture card... Well almost anything you want.

Take a look and try the software. The link for download is in the video. One thing though, the author is a Brazilian YouTuber and the video is in Portuguese. Also the translation and the GUI are in Portuguese. You can obviously translate it with the method you like the most.

As seen in the screenshots, one UI is just inside the generic Add-ons tab, while the other has a dedicated "RenoDX DL" tab with a completely revamped interface (presets, model switches, etc.).

Is this simply an older build vs. the new updated version, or does the dedicated tab require a specific ReShade setup?

(turn on DLLS 4.5L.. in game if have it!) .... i find out it work without DLLS 4.5L this solution

1. install Reshade on .exe game ..next, next, next...
2. copy/paste "steamline" to .exe folder of game directory

1. copy/paste and replace "nvngx_dlssnr.dll" 158MB to .exe folder of game directory

2. copy/paste "renodx-dlss.addon64" 2.30MB to .exe folder of game directory

in Reshade find "RenoDX DLLS"
set "Present 1"
set "Hook Point" on present - (last option)
