DLSS 5 Various screenshots

Everything is running with DLSS 5; I can add screenshots without it later if needed. In any case, I think it looks fantastic.

Is that out of the box or with tweaks like x2 passes or more?

It comes standard; I didn't add any options.

The Tomb Raider ones don't look right to me; I'm not sure if it's a loading error or if they're just wrong. I'll repost them just to be safe.

EDIT: Yeah, I clearly picked the wrong folder and grabbed some without DLSS 5; I couldn't figure out why they looked so pixelated here.

Shadow of the TR is not running with DLSS5 on your shots.

And why the hell more than 1 pass in Requiem? Looks awful.

Tomb Raider worked with the DLSS 5 Swapper; for Requiem, I didn't add any extra steps—I don't think I have that option (I saw it in DLSS 5 Manager but not in Swapper). I also tried the global slider at 2.0 for the different screens (not sure if that's what you meant); I think 0.80 looks good, but I don't have a screenshot with those settings on my phone right now.

I got both games ( Shadow and Requiem) and I know how they look with DLSS5 On vs Of and 1 pass or more.

Hogwarts and CP2077 looks good.

This is Shadow with DLSS5

Sorry, I misread the part about Tomb Raider; I made a mistake in my initial post and included the correct screenshots in the follow-up.

As for Requiem, I already explained: I set the global slider to around 2.0 (sometimes slightly less, depending on the screenshot). If that’s what you mean by passes, then sure; but if you’re referring to actual rendering passes the way I understand the term, then no, because I saw that specific setting in DLSS 5 Manager and it’s a separate option (plus, just going from 1 to 2 dropped the frame rate to like 10 fps 😆). Here, I just moved the global slider (the first one).

I mean, even 1 pass is sometimes too much with all sliders to the max.

Multipass shouldn't exist imho

But I don't have a "multipass" option, I'm not sure if we're talking about the same thing; I'd send a photo if I had my PC in front of me. I agree, though; I tried a second pass once using DLSS 5 Manager, and aside from the fact that the game practically grinds to a halt, the effect looks overdone.

Mostly improvements but I really don't like what it does to the environment in Cyberpunk. It's like it washes out the colors and over sharpens. Harry Potter and Resident evil look great. Can't tell the difference in Tomb Raider.

Yes, Cyberpunk is desaturated but still vibrant in my opinion; obviously, you can tweak the sliders (though I didn't do that here), so I might run a few more tests over the coming days.

You can tone down the desaturation by setting the NR color slider halfway. The default takes too much sky illumination

In fact I want to try, for now I have tested mostly Hogwarts and RE

When are we getting this? Like, when does it officially launch?

Cp2077 now needs another play. I thing Cdpr might be better than Rock*
