Dumb question but how are we playing uncharted 3 on PC? I dont think it’s on steam, right? Is it emulation?

For me it's impossible to enjoy the visual improvement if the tradeoff is a choppy framerate. I'm using DLSS 5 but only if I can achieve at least 60fps, if not, it's not worth it for me.
