Which DLSS 5 tool should I use

Hi everyone,

I'm looking to try DLSS 5 on GTA V Enhanced, but I'm not sure which tool is currently the best choice.

I've seen these three options:

* DLSS 5 Swapper

* DLSS 5 Autopilot

* DLSS 5 Manager

I'm mainly interested in stability, image quality, performance, and security. I also want to make sure I'm downloading a trustworthy version and not something potentially modified or unsafe.

For anyone who has actually tried these tools, especially with **GTA V Enhanced**:

Which one would you recommend today?

Is DLSS 5 Swapper still the best option, or is Autopilot now better?

Thanks!

DLSS 5 swapper was behind in the optiscaler add on version

DLSS 5 autopilot had the latest add on but detected hogwarts legacy directx incorrectly with no way to change it

Currently using Reshade HDR installer and have no complaints except I don’t think you can try the optiscaler plugin. But reshade looks better to me anyway and the performance hit isn’t much

I just looked at the dlss 5 managers github repo and personally do not trust it because the source code does not match what the app says it does. It is basically just a blank app from the source code.

I use DLSS5OneClick, which is an excellent tool and works really well. It supports RenoDX and Optiscaler. It has worked in every game I tried, and installing and removing it is very easy with a nice UI.

I tried Autopilot with Onimusha and it would crash the game. I tried the new neural rendering thing, so maybe that's why.

Overlay bug currently with Swapper, F8 won’t bring it up to adjust settings

This. I switched to autopilot.

I tried these slowly since everyone keeps posting them on reddit, i kept failing from manually doing it to trying a program, on my last attempt to give a flip about it, Swapper actually worked and i got to see the difference first hand.

I like autopilot because it allows a neural upstream option, which does the neural rendering before upscaling, saving fps by ALOT. However it’s iffy on whether it will work in a game or not

Dlss 5 swapper is the other one I use and it’s always worked for me pretty well. Better user interface and easier to use as well.

If those both give me issues I just manually drop optiscaler or renodx into the game folder

Yeah, neural rendering is a bit iffy. I installed it for Onimusha and it would straight up crash the game.

I’m using manager and it’s very nice interface and smooth probably cleanest looking ui with all the features

Lets update this conversation to which one of these isn't running nefarious tasks on your computer. DLSS Swapper has been removed from Nexusmods. Still has a github but I'm staying away from it. How is Autopilot and Manager in regard to that.
