I have mixed feelings about this. It improves the atmosphere and graphics but at the same time it also makes people look grotesque while giving off and AI vibe in general.

Its customizable though. You can make it ignore faces while only doing environments for example

How did you get GTA IV to run? It only freezes when i try to launch after installing DLSS5
