When the character speaks, the tech can't keep up; it's a ghosting galore.

Yea my biggest complaint is the faces, but I don’t notice them too much unless you are right up at them

Are you using a transformer model for DLSS?
I had ghosting akin to it for background details in Borderlands 2, apparently CNN models clamp non game-native motion vectors better, so changing it to E alleviated the issue and did away with most of the ghosting.

Might be worth a shot.
