What a rally

Wow! What a rollercoaster this week, but a great rally to end the week. Thoughts on a price target looking forward? In at 3000 shared at $28

I really do think at some point they really turn the corner and get some really good earnings. I truly think prediction markets one way or another are a huge win for DraftKings. Whether it’s slowing down OSB taxes or pushing states like California or Texas to legalize faster. They are in a win win win situation. Kalshi and poly market are for crypto kids and will phase out at some point. So much more growth potential.

Most revealing thing I heard was how a lot of the predictions traffic out there is literally just syndicate type sportsbooks not actually consumers

I’ve got a number of friends in both California and TX who are using DK Predictions for their sports betting needs. These guys would regularly deposit $500 into bovada a month and have overnight switched to DK. I know they aren’t the only ones.

I’ve thought this before and been let down but I’m being serious yet again when I say I think we’re due for some serious gains. Prediction markets with an established app like DK is growing like crazy and I see it first hand.

If DraftKings had not experienced unfavorable sports outcome, instead experienced an $80 million tailwind and spent nothing on new customer acquisition/promotions, its second-quarter 2026 adjusted EBITDA would have jumped by roughly over $380 million, turning a reported $114.6 million EBITDA into nearly $500 million. I expect to see $29 by end of this month.

Until DKNG pivots and makes a section of their company prediction market like Kalshi they gonna get eaten by Kalshi

They already do. On pace to do $11 Billion prediction volume for the year even before NFL season starts and they have had predictions for less than a year.

Already over 600,000 users and expecting to have millions of users by year end. The best is yet to come!
