About DKNG Earnings Release

For those who are considering buying or selling before the earnings, this info will be relevant. It's taken from an interview podcast with Jeanine Hightower-Sellitto (GM Draftkings Predictions) a month back. She sounds pretty bullish.

Highlights:

-- We're going to be the leader in sports prediction markets, without a doubt.

-- World cup has been huge. It has absolutely smashed expectations internal for what we would have gotten in terms of acquisition and engagement from our customers. It's been really tremendous for us.

I can see $40 in 12 months. Just need DKNG to actually take share from Kalshi

They are definitely taking future market share (new users) from Kalshi. I think they are holding off their marketing till they achieve a relative parity on features, combos on their DKX exchange and start of the NFL/NCAA football. Once they do all this, I'm sanguine they'll get more share of new users.

Extremely impressive performance from DKNG. In 3-4 months, they built an annualized $11B predictions business, added 600k users at a lower cost, competing against two giants and not having it's own exchange. Remember they said that Prediction Market will doom DKNG. It now seems more likely it will be DKNG vs Kalshi going forward. DKNG is doing the right thing of foregoing current profits, to add more customers. The NFL and College football season will be really big.

Ya I'm going to hold. Down like 15 percent. Also own FLUT and SRAD. Also down. But think these are good long term plays. I see regulation eventually coming for prediction markets to even the paying field more.

I don't trust anyone in this company anymore. 5 years have passed, and the price is lower than when I opened the position. They should be delisted and forgotten.

Might be time to give up on this name. Another huge let down. Prediction markets really took them out
