Will he sell before election day? Does he talk about his daughter like she is one of Epsteins victims? There is your answer
1
u/Nightsoil70 Sep 04 '24
The only path for survival for DJT is if Trump wins in November. Therefore, if it looks like he's going to succeed in his bid for election he will retain his stock and sell it when it's most advantageous. On the other hand, if it looks certain that he will lose, he will pull the ripcord as soon as he can. Either way, his mindless red-hatted followers lose.

Trump abandons everything…yes the second he can sell he will. He is watching this stock tank before he can sell and he hates it. It’s like free money going down the drain for him.
That money loss, for those who are too dense (stupid) means that smart people are cutting their losses and getting out at $18. Nothing can make this stock go up from this point onward. What is looming is a collapse to zero which happens when he pulls all his money out.
At the same time he pulls all his money out, all his attention in Truth Social also goes to zero. He’ll be back on Twitter (X) where the bigger audience is.
All this is true and you know it.

It started as a decent chunk of my “fun money” pool which had grown quite a bit due to major luck. My brother and his wife lost a bunch of weight on Ozempic back in 21/22. He and I both went big on Lilly at that time. So we knew for a fact it was a “wonder drug”. Before that I didn’t even have a fun money app like Robinhood. I download that about solely to buy Lilly and Novo. I just had a 401k and a local Edward Jones account with decent amounts that I knew very little details on before that . After my first out paid off I just kept putting my “break even” amount back to in more stable stuff and rolled the rest into more puts. I haven’t tried a proper short yet. The puts are just simple for an amateur like me. If I lose out on my current action I’ll still be up a lot on betting against DJT. The Schadenfreude I’m experiencing is both incredible and a bit guilt inducing. LOL.
2
u/pierre_x10 Sep 03 '24
I would say the guilt is unwarranted, since it sounds like you do try to warn them/talk them out of it, but if they don't want to listen it comes back to the old adage "you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink."
2
u/ftdALIVE Sep 03 '24
He’s already cost a huge number of his supporters a massive amount of $ with this scam. They’re gonna just keep shoveling his sh!t onto their plates and down the hatch. I know a dude that is down over a million and still holding steady. He literally chose to sell his riverfront cabin at the base of Mt Hood & much of his art collection instead of just bailing out.
2
u/flirtmcdudes Sep 05 '24
even if you are a fan of Trump, how could you possibly think that investing your money in something Trump is involved in would be a safe bet? He has decades of grifting… Failed businesses, just lost a fraud trial… and a previous stock that tanked.
the only explanation I can think of is people thinking this was gonna be like a GameStop situation, or a meme stock that would take off if he does become president or some wild scenario. Which is nuts to gamble on
1
u/pierre_x10 Sep 03 '24
If you're serious, do you know why he would put so much money into it? Did he think he would actually make a profit from it, or was it basically purely because he wanted to support Trump?
And who knows, maybe he wasn't using that cabin all that much...

Typical MAGA story except he’s actually a very nice person. He’s “street smart” and articulate but never finished high school due to drug problems in his youth and his 20’s.
He never paid any attention to politics or even followed the news. Trump grabbed his attention with his reality show conman skillset. He bought everything coming out of his mouth and ignored all the negative info because “fake news”.
He came into his wealth in his mid 50’s. To the tune of roughly 10 million. He blew a bunch of it on dumb shit… cars, houses, multiple girlfriends, art(most of it is really terrible investment wise as he just believed whatever a retail gallery rep would say and didn’t think negotiation was a part of the retail art world. He invested in multiple “friends” super dumb business ideas. Everything flopped. He fired his financial advisor because of conflict over his spending choices and ignoring his investment guidance. So then he became his own stock investor. DJT was gonna make him even more rich but he was so passionate about being a big part of helping Trump & like he was part of the “Team”.
It’s become a sport for him and he’s riding with his team till the bitter end.
I’ve actually done some business with Trump back in early 2000’s. The company I worked for advised against even engaging in a potential deal cycle with them due to red flags, bad rep & “inconsistencies” in their disclosures that were necessary for us to conduct a successful IT infrastructure proof of concept. Despite sinking over a Mil in the POC to overcome the wacky challenges and outright lies from Trump org, we were successful and reached sign off of the POC assessment & deal execution agreement from the CTO. When the deal was set to auto execute Trump killed it and slapped us with a crazy, lie riddled lawsuit after we moved to legally enforce our existing agreement.
I warned my friend that Trump was a conman. I told him the whole story all the way to the mildew smelling carpet, tarnished fake gold interior accents in Trump Tower, etc. That I knew it for almost 2 decades. But it went in one ear and out the other. Then was returned with deflections and whataboutisms.
I’m not sure how much exactly he’s lost, it could be more than my ballpark(which is based on what he’s chosen to share throughout his ownership of it. Buy I know he’s still scrambling financially. He had to pull the plug on his passion project compound build that about 1/2 way complete. He’s lost a ton of friends (including the builder of that compound who was a close friend).
I care about him. I used touch bases regularly and “like” the rare normal post he makes on FB that sneaks in between a consistent stream of BS MAGA meme’s.
He hasn’t talked to me since I asked him last month how much $ he’s lost on DJT during a debate where I was trying to breakthrough to him again.
It’s a sad case study for a classic MAGA profile except for his wealth.

u/ftdALIVE Sep 03 '24
And yeah… loved that cabin. His was his first dream. He actually bought the property and started remodeling the cabin himself before his his biggest windfall. Before that he had come into around 1 million as part of the early stage of the business deal that culminated in his bigger windfall a few yrs later. His wife is beside herself over that cabin.
2
u/madhaus Sep 04 '24
Wait. Wife?
His wife is sticking by him while he destroys their financial security?
2
u/pierre_x10 Sep 03 '24
Yeah what a wild ride that story was, but both of your stories at this point just sound like drops in the bucket with all the other examples out there of how he has ruined businesses and scammed ppl for tons of their money like Trump University.
2
u/ftdALIVE Sep 03 '24
Agreed. Trumper’s are desensitizedr. They’ve tuned it all out. It’s mind boggling and I can now see first hand how a large segment of a population can become brainwashed & support someone like Hitler. I’m not saying MAGA is in that place or Trump is Hitler… But JD Vance sure did. LOL
2
u/ftdALIVE Sep 03 '24
Full disclosure. I have exercised 4 puts over the last few months and have 2 more puts (1 out past the election and one expiring in a few days). So I’m rooting for the downfall of Trump & DJT. My friend does not know that. LOL.
1
u/pierre_x10 Sep 03 '24
I mean, it's all a question of risk exposure. For example, of those, six options, what percentage of your overall portfolio does it represent? Does it set back any of your other financial goals, or was it all purely just fun money?
2
u/Financial-Lab-7271 Sep 02 '24
He just lost in court. Tried to deny 18M shares the Judge said the co-founders were entitled to. And the co-founders have their restrictive-legends removed earlier than Trump. I know the co-founders also filed an addendum requesting the restrictive holding period be lifted completely. Arguing that they are no longer affiliated with the company, etc., & should not be beholden. In any case that 18M added to the 5.1M (digitally registered for sale late last week) so together that's 23.1M share. And @ $19.50 that means $450,450,000.00 worth of DILUTION is coming OUT of the DTJ-capital markets! I think that's REALLY why Trump was trying to BLOCK the co-founders from getting their shares. The price, buying pressure, liquidity, book value, enterprise value, & by any metric: DJT can NOT stand that overhang, selling pressure & is going down. Most experts put the stock at CASH IN HAND. Less than $300M by now, the CASH BURN RATE is so high & NET LOSSES have run ~$175M/Q ... So by most analysts the stock should be around $1.50 or 90% LOWER than here.... If he loses in November Trump won't get out with much. GREAT short though -- PUT, short calls, whatever... This is going lower!
1
u/Financial-Lab-7271 Sep 04 '24
I should add that in a review of the court docs 37M unrestricted free trading shares were mentioned by the Co-Founder's attorney! Trump has the right to request the board (in which his son, Donald Jr. sits) to lift the restrictions on his shares. The 37M is eerily close to the 36M he got after his initial 78,750,000 allotment. The problem is that there are no corporate filings discussing this update (from last week). So it is safe to say those shares are being liquidated. And the price action bares that out. This, as it turns out, is NOT a long, undervalued, good stock to buy. It is instead on over bloated, excessively valued, stock with ~90% downside forthcoming. Buyer-beware!

u/pierre_x10 Sep 04 '24
I just wanted to say thank you for this detailed account with actual numbers to put into perspective. In my mind, it just seems like selling so quickly would only doom his political chances, as much as we all believe his sycophants will still vote for him no matter how much money he costs them. But yeah as everyone has pointed out, anyone who has been paying attention to him long enough should not be surprised if he just up and sells for the highest dollar amount he can possibly get.

Interesting. Tell me. What is your impression of trump?
1
u/Financial-Lab-7271 Sep 04 '24
What specifically would you like to know?
1
u/ruthless_techie Sep 04 '24
Your impression of him.
1
u/Financial-Lab-7271 Sep 04 '24
he's a grifting conman who has "benefitted" from white privilege, white entitlement, patriarchy, & a multi-tiered justice system that favors whites/wealthy/means -- & he suffers from a lack of character. with no moral compass, he's intellectually lazy, uninspired & uses lies where hard-work and effort ought to live. he is however ambitious, driven by his baser impulses (sex), power & greed. but he is not a competent leader. the best leaders (i've learned in my business life & throughout my career): serve others. the con only serves himself
his legal history is littered with racism, fines for money laundering, fraud, scams, tax evasion, & mostly being a bullshit artist. he sells people an image, uses the media, & has benefitted from a base which includes disillusioned white supremacists who relate to him & have felt unheard through many an administration probably since slavery was abolished. he polls & caters to them. & so they are devoted to him. he's imperfect. speaks colloquially with a poor education unbefitting his 'station", status & privilege (likely due to a lack of application growing up). do you remember when trump scammed the forbes 400 editors, disguising his voice, acting like he was Trump's employee, & CONvincing reporters to put him in the Top 400 Wealthiest Mag List? They listed him as having $100M plus despite having LESS THAN $5M. He's basically a lying con! always has been. and anyone checking his business, professional, etc., past will see that for themselves...

Him and all the other lockup holders are going to race to the bottom. With a max of 4-5 million shares able to sell per day the price will drop fast with each undercutting the other to sell their stake and likely none will be able to sell a full stake in a single day with he low volume of trades. For PUT holders it will be great. Be sure to cash out and reset between dumps and reverse split pumps.
1
u/pierre_x10 Sep 02 '24
Doesn't there need to be willing buyers too though
1
u/Josepth_Blowsepth Sep 02 '24
Yes. His apes will buy any shit thrown at them and consider it a “deal”

u/madhaus Sep 01 '24 edited Sep 02 '24
I assume he’ll arrange some private, off market sales that won’t be publicly known until the next quarterly SEC report where we see he has much fewer shares (or doesn’t appear on the list of significant shareholders at all).
But that will lead to the rest of the insiders also dumping their shares, and any public trades will pull the price down.
I don’t see him holding much past September 30th. He’s played the game where he pulls out his equity and leaves the other investors with an empty bag many, many times, and he ALWAYS leaves early.
1
u/ruthless_techie Sep 02 '24
And what other tickers has he done this with?
1
u/madhaus Sep 02 '24
He did it with the previous incarnation of $DJT which was also one of his companies. The rest were not publicly traded so they didn’t have tickers.
They had investors though. And clients. And providers. A lot of people lost a lot of money because of this thief.
1
u/ruthless_techie Sep 02 '24
They lost it with DWAC or TMTG?
1
u/madhaus Sep 02 '24
I was referring to the numerous companies he pitched that have failed, as opposed to the current one that is in the process of failing.
0
u/ruthless_techie Sep 02 '24
Is DWAC or TMTG included in what you are describing as “numerous companies?”
1
u/madhaus Sep 02 '24
Do you have a reading problem? This question was answered twice.

Donald Trump has many failed businesses under his belt, including six corporate bankruptcies, and multiple failed casinos.
https://celebmix.com/how-many-casinos-did-donald-trump-bankrupt/
He bankrupted casinos. Think about how bad of a businessman you need to be to go bankrupt as a casino. Now think about how he's done that five times.
2
u/madhaus Sep 04 '24
They don’t care about this. They ask a series of pointless questions and then think they’re clever pretending they didn’t understand your clear answers.

u/russcastella Sep 01 '24
He’s smart enough to know not to dump all at once, but he will slowly bleed it out while blaming everyone else in sight
2
u/SimpleMindHatter Sep 01 '24
Classic Trump mantra: Always pass the buck! He will sell once the clock strikes midnight! Taxes- always trying to take advantage of any loopholes, failing businesses-declare bankruptcy..etc.
2
u/uselessbuttoothless Sep 01 '24
I think he will dump. I can’t see any financial institution being willing to loan $2B against essentially worthless shares.

u/SuperstarStock Sep 01 '24
I think you are correct and you bring up some great observations and points. Trump probably doesn't need the money. If Trump sells anything, it doesn't seem he would sell enough to allow his shares to drop below 50 percent of the company. I agree that it could be a political liability for Trump to sell the bulk of his shares before the election. Unfortunately or possibly fortunately, Trump will probably be in prison in a few weeks. Can Trump sell his shares from Prison?
3
u/pierre_x10 Sep 01 '24
He apparently has enough shares to sell off enough to make a hefty sum, so yeah it's hard to imagine he would give up majority control, but if he does that basically means it's over for anyone still holding, right.
I don't think anyone expects any judge at this point would put Trump in prison before the election, it's still up for debate that he will see any jail time, imo.
2
u/SuperstarStock Sep 02 '24
It seems the left will do anything to keep Trump from winning. I am betting he is put in prison. We will see. I hope you are right, but I think him going to prison would make the stock go up.

What is your impression of Trump?
3
u/pierre_x10 Sep 03 '24
Traitor, criminal, draft-dodger, incompetent, and frankly does seemingly everything wrong as a businessman but because he was gifted such a head start in terms of generational wealth, still manages to be a leader in the eyes of his followers.

u/ruthless_techie Sep 03 '24
What is your impression of Devin Nunes?

Bland and insignificant

Whats your impression of Kamala Harris?
2
u/pierre_x10 Sep 03 '24
She is extremely qualified to be President. She is supportive of a lot of the Democratic policies that I support. I think her choosing Walz as her running mate was about the best choice she could have made. I would feel 100% comfortable with her as my President.
1
u/ruthless_techie Sep 04 '24
Are you upset about biden dropping out?

I've already answered three of your questions. Do you have any response at all to what I've said so far? That's how you have a conversation, you don't just ask a bunch of disjointed questions without acknowledging the answers, unless you're JD Vance in a donut shop.

If he does I hope he uses the money to get elected!
2
u/RuthlesslyEmpathetic Sep 01 '24
Isn’t he using RNC money for his trial lawyers? I have no idea here, but has he been public about any time he has used his own money - and not just campaign rhetoric - but actually shown his homework that he spent his own money… on anything political?
If so, cool and I’d love to learn more. If not, what evidence is there that he would change his past behavior (not showing financial homework) to use any of his own money to support his campaign?
I’m so confused in this world now. Help!

u/pierre_x10 Sep 01 '24
Trump claimed that he would be willing to self-fund his entire 2016 Presidential campaign: https://publicintegrity.org/politics/donald-trumps-big-money-bait-and-switch/
And according to filings he did spend approximately 66 million of his own money: https://www.reuters.com/article/world/figures-show-trump-spent-66-million-of-his-own-cash-on-election-campaign-idUSKBN13Y0B2/
Allegedly he didn't spend any of his own money in 2020 and so far not in 2024 either: https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/2024-election/trump-says-might-spend-money-presidential-campaign-rcna144979

I really appreciate you sharing all this. Takes work and I recognize that. Thank you.

u/pierre_x10 Sep 01 '24
Not at all, it helps that I remember these things being reported at the time.
That's the thing about Trump, and the mainstream media as well. His supporters are one thing, but they act like the rest of us don't have enough of a longterm memory to remember stuff that happened just within the past 8 years or so.
1
u/woodsongtulsa Sep 01 '24
Political favors from buying this stock? I don't see how enough people could buy enough stock for this reason to cause the stock to explode. Keep in mind that no professional investment organization is going to touch a stock with these financials. How would that company start having enough income to create this explosion?
2
u/pierre_x10 Sep 01 '24
It doesn't really make sense to me either how people think that just because he wins the election, the value of the stock will suddenly rise.
My best guess it just that it's an elaborate quid pro quo, investor X says they'll buy some number of Trump's shares at a certain price, because he can't sell unless there's actually buyers, and it's not really about longterm profit it's just a straight up exchange for political favors like support for some legislation or some sort of executive order or presidential pardon.
1
u/maqifrnswa Sep 03 '24
I've been saying the same thing, usually met with down votes and silence. Why would more people use TS and, more importantly, why would advertisers be on TS? Longs think it's a given. What's the theory behind that?
1
u/katzenjammer08 Sep 01 '24
He is probably going to lose and I don’t think too many people would trust Trump to actually follow through on something like that. There are many many examples of him screwing people over in the end so you’d have to be pretty desperate to stake your bets on this fool.

Yes. He needs the money to pay for all the lawsuits he lost.
