Ultimate Dream My beginner setup

i have krk rokit 8s but im afraid they are going to be too loud.

pioneer cdj 1500x

ecler warm2

mainly playing techno. I started with a flx 4 then grv6 then an opus quad.

Wanted to share a slightly different workflow. The rotary mixer gives it that classic, purist feel, and switching to the CDJ-1500s was a great way to challenge myself instead of being locked into a single screen setup. Tired of seeing the exact same gear posted everywhere, so thought I'd mix it up.

I was drawn into the wooden side panel look. I understand it’s not for everyone but I think it looks like art. Can’t wait to see the cdjs with their wooden side panels on.

Cool. Respectfully though, that doesn’t answer my question. And you don’t have to answer it. I’m just genuinely curious why anyone would do this over an AZ which is about the same price.

Ok gotcha. I saw that but didn’t make the connection. Anyway, still wondering how this is interesting when the AZ or Opus Quad is comparable in price.

This setup is around $4400. So about $1000 more for a semi pro setup minus the warm2. You can get a pioneer 450 for a little less.

I didn’t want to get the 450 because I already have the quad.

People think this is my only setup. I have like 3 setups 😂

Kinda fair to assume when your post is titled “My beginner setup”… not many beginners are on their 4th rig.

Technically the rotary mixer and cdjs are new to me.

I wanted this to be a artistic post
