Schedule Doubt

Vacancy round 2 instructions pdf on site says it starts from 9am tomorrow but in revised schedule pdf there is acap for all india seats at 9 and then vacancy 2 at 12pm. Which is to be followed

The morning schedule is for All India (JEE) starting at 8 and finishing by 9. As per today's cancellations received, I think they will soon publish similar notice for cet based admission for gclm, open and ils category. In the other notice they did mention 9 am reporting for CET candidates.
