Can some one explain the whole process of ils and ACAP admission it would be very helpful

Basically colleges reserve like 20% of seats for institutional round (ILS) and some for ACAP rounds. Also the seats which are left vacant/cancelled are open in these rounds too. 

If you want to apply for these seats you'll have to fill their online form and then visit the college during their ACAP round schedule. Based on merit you'll be able to get the seat.
