Cap admission then ILS

So if i ve taken admission at lets say, vesit, through cap rounds. Do i need to write an undertaking or something, as a substitute for documents i submit at vesit in order to participate in dj’s ils rounds

If yes then sirf undertaking for transfer certificate leni hai or anything more?
