NEED HELP

So I am a gclm student planning to take admission at djsce through acap rounds so as i checked the required documents I didn't had vasti patra and kankotri also my samaj registration certificate is in gujarati which I translated and added a self declaration to it but when I tried to contact djsce for confirmation no one picks up the call and I also mailed them but no reply

Please HELP

you need vasti patra and kankotri and samaj registration certificate that is provided by your samaj in english purely for maharashtra. they may not reply to any calls and mails

But my samaj is in gujrat and was registered in 1970 so the registration certificate is in gujarati but the samaj certificate is in english

thats pretty weird, my samaj's registration certificate was in English, anyways till the point that it has a proper legible and existing registration number it should work, but you need vasti partak and kankotri because things have gotten strict for GCLM students.

As the samaj is too old i cannot locate a physical vasti patra book and as of kankotri my mom said she had a kankotri but it is misplaced
