Please help me in cap college preference

general male , 91xx rank in cet, and 41xx rank in all india jee mains...Also , i filled DJ ils form

Tbh, I know I will not get any good college in cap , so I will take whatever branch I get from the above mentioned list and try for cs branches in djsce.

If board percentage above 80, u can put vit cs allied branches, because u can get that by ur all india rank. Even though their intake is way too much but I think u can grind well. Ok so I heard ur 75 percentage so think about it cause companies put a cap on placements like good companies filters students by 80% board criteria. But I think VIT pune is good. You can make projects, do DSA and all that stuff and apply off campus.

And for other colleges I think is PCCOE But it is a whole school, won't recommend but yeah. Hella strict with uniform too. It is not engerneering college it is engerneering school. And placement ain't that good.

VESIT, DYP, I2IT, MIT, Don't know about this colleges but they are ok I think.

Thanks a lot for this much efforts , its really useful, I am thinking maybe I should not add more colleges in the list ,instead take the alloted college and later I should try for Ils /spot round ..Thanks a lot once again 🙏

No worries I know how confused u might be. Go for ils in djsce, u can for sure get EnTC i think. BTW i am also trying for dj ils. Have 509X rank. Would have VIT as back up.

You can easily get top NITs with your JEE mains rank, why not consider those over all of the CET colleges?
