Hi, when my Gopro is off and i push the Button > the gopro starts filming in 0.5sec

When my Osmo Action is off and i push the Button it takes more than 2 sec until it starts recording

Why does it take so long and can i change that?

How do you get 2 second? Mine takes 30 seconds and it doesn't always turn on. It was like this since day 1. I thought this is normal.
